Our window and door installation professionals are masters at their craft and provide superior service to our customers. Subcontract Installers are accomplished, driven, and collaborative to provide the home improvement experience of our customers’ dreams.
We provide on-the-job training and subcontractors can expect to step right in and make the money you want within 2 weeks of starting.
Your Crew’s Responsibilities:
- -Ensures work sites are set up
- -Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
- -Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Richmond Window and Renewal by Andersen’s guidelines
- -Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Richmond Window’s customers

The project coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring that each detail in the customer’s order is addressed by managing orders from the point of contract through final resolution, which may include post installation and/or service issues. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This position includes loading and unloading window and door trucks, tracking inventory, pick-up, and delivery of materials along with other warehouse duties. ABOUT THE POSITION
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule all services and installation appointments.
- Work with our install teams, homeowners, and service team to schedule site visits
- Support the Operations Department with other administrative tasks as assigned
- Coordinate installation process with customers by monitoring ship reports, finance reports, specifying products, handling warranty and freight claims, and completing status calls
- Work with internal teams to include maintaining a detailed calendar, actively participating in-person meetings, filing, organization of supplies, and coordinating installation and delivery of product between customer and installation team

We are seeking someone who is super organized, and detail oriented to be a key support member in the ordering of custom replacement windows, entry doors and patio doors. We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated, organized and outgoing individual to lead our canvassing team within our region.
We are looking for the Proximity Marketing Manager to hire, train and motivate a team of associates that will go out into neighborhoods where we are installing custom window and door products and meet with neighboring homeowners to generate leads and to help schedule appointments for our Design Consultants.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has managed large teams for 3+ years
- Has data analytic skills and enjoys digging in to learn from trends
- Has ability to master and effectively recite a script in the field
- Is willing and able to walk with and coach new Team Leads in the field
- Has ability to manage Team Leads and a team of canvassers. Works closely with Team Leads daily to provide motivation and coaching to help them reach daily, weekly and monthly Team goals
- In collaboration with Team Leads, will create and develop the culture of the local canvassing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques.
- Has ability to deliver a world-class customer experience across each touchpoint

You will deliver world class training program by:
- Overseeing all canvass field activities, including training, role playing, field supervision and motivating team members
- Monitoring and coaching all Team Leads to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
- Providing Strategy Management and Tactical Execution
- Executing canvass strategies that help the region generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities
- Actively managing program launch through a combination of strategic staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and management of canvassing activities
- Developing immediate, short-term and long-term strategies for your market
- Leading the Team Leads of Canvassers on planning and delivery of canvass activities and events that support objectives and go-to-market strategies within the market
You will be expected to provide the above while:
- Being an active member of the Marketing Leadership Team
- Creating an annual budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through canvassing efforts
- Coordinating canvass logistics with mapping and tracking permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, organizing field leads, and verifying / validating leads gathered during each shift via proximity app
- Providing timely tracking and entering of marketing data into our database
- Providing daily updates to Director of Marketing
- Developing and training on advanced canvassing protocols and monitor quality of the leads, canvassers, and adherence to the pitch.
Qualifications:
- Requires 3+ years of experience managing large teams
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent training and coaching skills
- Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
- Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team
- Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
